Niburu Recordings ~ An Open Door To Creativity

Our Story

Founded in 2004, Niburu Recordings is a ‘Not for Profit’ organisation providing a wide range of workshops and events for the Enfield community under the banner of Niburu London. Dedicated to pubic service though the organisation of community based workshops, sessions and events since 2004, we strongly believe that every community member deserves the opportunity to grow, learn, and thrive. Niburu London is dedicated to creating accessible, funded workshops and events that support and uplift members of our local community.

From it inception, music and media has always been fundamental to our projects with the recordings’ studio, located in Enfield Enterprise Queensway Centre, at its heart.

From humble beginnings, the studio provides a warm and welcoming creative space.

A Spark of Inspiration

Making a ‘Special Appearance’ and launching the latest Niburu Live sessions, we were privileged to record the R.U.M. Band (Rhythmic Underground Movement).

It was a sincere pleasure to record these great musicians, who have worked with all the major artists from across many generations such as, The Rolling Stones, Chic, Michael Jackson, Osibisa, Mick Taylor from Rolling Stones, Linda Lewis, Johnny Nash, Jeff Beck, The Who, Steve Winwood, Steely Dan, Cymande, Billy Ocean, Joss Stone, Brian Eno, Barry White, Roxy Music, Archie Shepp, The Real Thing, Jocelyn Brown, Damon Alban, Gregory Issac, Kevin Little, to name a phew !!!

Not only were we pleased to have them in studio, we were able to test our facilities for recording at a high level with a 7-piece band … we are extremely pleased with the results.
